Call for Papers

We sincerely invite participants to submit papers on the specified conference topics or related areas.Please send your presentation title, abstract, and personal profile to the forum contact person or the conference secretary’s email address: digitaltwin@buaa.edu.cn. Please indicate your surname and “DigiTwin 2025 Presentation” in the email subject. (For example: Smith_DigiTwin 2025 Presentation)

The conference also welcomes paper submissions in the fields of digital twin and digital engineering. Authors can directly submit their papers to:

Abstract Deadline:  June 15, 2025

Full Paper Deadline:  July 15, 2025

  • Participants are welcome to attend the conference even without papers.
  • Currently, there is no conference proceedings for the DigiTwin conference. All papers will be published in the form of journal articles.
  • Detailed instructions regarding conference presentations and papers are as follows:
(1) To apply for a conference presentation, you need to pre – submit an abstract first. Then, based on the abstract, expert reviews will be carried out to determine whether to invite you for a presentation or an invitation for a post. For all invited presentations and posts, authors are encouraged to submit the full – text papers to the journal for peer review. Papers accepted after the abstract review will be given expedited review. Accepted papers will receive acceptance notices before the conference, and all accepted papers will be in the form of journal articles. (The abstract submission deadline is June 15, 2025, the full – text submission deadline is July 15, 2025, and the acceptance notices for papers will be issued on July 30.)
(2) If authors have sufficient time, they are encouraged to submit papers directly to the Digital Twin and Digital Engineering journals following the normal paper – processing procedures. All manuscripts accepted by the journals before July 30 will be invited to give presentations at DigiTwin2025 based on the authors’ willingness to participate.
(3) All papers published in the Digital Twin and Digital Engineering journals in 2025 will be free of charge.
